Harlem Pride Celebration Month Is The Highlight Of Our Year!


As of last year we have two entertainment stages, our Main Stage Show, where we bring you the best talent New York City and the world has to offer, and our DJ Stage, where you can enjoy dance music throughout the day.
There are also activities such as face painting and Drag Queen Story Hour for the children.
Our Harlem Pride Celebration Day is an event the whole family will enjoy.
While certainly an event steeped in celebration, it serves as our greatest opportunity to disseminate information and provide services to our constituents, including referrals for health, legal and financial services, and on-the-spot testing for communicable diseases.
It has also served as a ripe opportunity to welcome and educate the community-at-large about our SGL/LGBT community.

Community Tables are for community organizations, city agencies and political organizations that are NOT selling any merchandise.

COST:

  • $150/space (February 1st – March 31st)
  • $200/space (April 1st – May 31st)
  • $300/space (June 1st – June 19th)

WHAT IS INCLUDED: (If you need additional space, you may purchase additional side-by-side spaces.)

  • ~10ft by ~10ft  Space
  • One (1) 8ft Table
  • Two (2) Folding Chairs

NOTE: It is recommended that you bring your own table cloth and a 10ft x 10ft canopy, as this area is very sunny. We DO NOT provide a canopy —  just a space large enough for you to comfortably set up your own.

PAYMENT OPTIONS (We’ve updated our system and we hope you like it!):

  1. Pay by credit card
  2. Request an invoice that can be paid by credit card or printed out and mailed to us with a check.

Merchant Tables are for individuals, organizations or agencies that  ARE selling merchandise, but not food.  You will need a temporary vendors license. It costs $10. You can apply for the license online here.

COST:

  • $175/space (February 1st – March 31st)
  • $225/space (April 1st – May 31st)
  • $325/space (June 1st – June 19th)

WHAT IS INCLUDED: (If you need additional space, you may purchase additional side-by-side spaces.)

  • ~10ft by ~10ft  Space*

  • Two (2) Folding Chairs

Medical Testing Packages are for any agencies or organizations that will conduct any type of medical testing. A Medical Testing Report form must be completed for each disease/condition being tested. You can download the form here.

Cost: $500/space (February 1st – June 19th)

Food Vendor spaces are for those who will be selling any kind of food product regardless of preparation method.  You are responsible for collecting tax on all merchandise sold. Report this to the New York City Dept. of Finances. You must have a DCA 30-day Street Fair Vendor Permit or Food Permit.  Permits can be obtained in person (42 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10004) or online here. A food vendor letter is available upon request.
