Each year Harlem Pride hosts a large selection of community organizations and vendors during our Saturday Harlem Pride Day Celebration.
Averaging over 8,000 people in attendance at our Harlem Pride Day Celebration Days, our community organizations and vendors are able to interact with a large segment of our SGL/LGBT population, including visitors from the eastern seaboard to the west coast and beyond. Join us this year as we host an even larger cache of community members, giving your products, services, and organization’s activities and programs even greater exposure.
This Year’s Community Tables Include:
- ~10ft by 10ft Space*
- One (1) 8ft Table
- Two (2) Folding Chairs
It is recommended that you bring your own table cloth and a 10ft x 10ft canopy, as this area is very sunny. We DO NOT provide a canopy — just a space large enough for you to comfortably set up your own.
*Vendors needing additional space may purchase two side-by-side Community Tables.
Selling Items? If you are selling items at your table, you will need a temporary vendors license. It costs $10. You can apply for the license online here.
Conducting Medical Tests?If you will be conducting any medical tests at your table, please complete one form for each disease/condition being tested. You can download the form here.
